سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
تُشحن جميع طلبات JAMRAH AND OUD من مقرنا في أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
1. مناطق الشحن والأسعار
داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة: رسوم شحن ثابتة قدرها 20 درهماً على جميع الطلبات. وعند اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام تُضاف 10 دراهم، ليصبح إجمالي رسوم التوصيل 30 درهماً.
دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (البحرين، الكويت، عُمان، قطر، المملكة العربية السعودية): رسوم شحن قدرها 85 درهماً.
تظهر رسوم الشحن النهائية دائماً في صفحة إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع، وهي المعتمدة.
2. مدة التجهيز
تتم مراجعة الطلبات وتجهيزها خلال أيام العمل الرسمية في دولة الإمارات. وقد يتأخر تجهيز الطلبات المقدمة في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو الأعياد الرسمية إلى يوم العمل التالي.
3. مدة التوصيل
داخل الإمارات: من 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل.
دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي: من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
هذه المدد تقديرية وتبدأ من تاريخ شحن الطلب لا من تاريخ تقديمه، وقد تتأثر بشركة الشحن أو الإجراءات الجمركية أو دقة العنوان أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
4. تتبع الطلب
نرسل إليكم تأكيد الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني، ثم إشعار الشحن مع بيانات التتبع عند تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن. يرجى التأكد من صحة بريدكم الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفكم عند إتمام الطلب.
5. العنوان وبيانات الاستلام
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم عنوان كامل وصحيح ورقم هاتف يمكن الوصول إليه. وفي حال تعذّر التسليم بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم الرد على شركة الشحن، قد تُطبَّق رسوم إعادة إرسال.
6. الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب
تشمل أسعار المنتجات داخل الإمارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيثما تنطبق. أما شحنات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي فقد تخضع لرسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد تفرضها الدولة المستوردة، ويتحملها العميل ولا تُدرج ضمن رسوم الشحن.
7. الطلبات التالفة أو المفقودة
إذا وصل الطلب تالفاً أو لم يصل بعد تأكيد شركة الشحن فقدانه، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام المتوقع، وتطبق في هذه الحالة سياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال المنشورة على الموقع.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
All JAMRAH AND OUD orders are shipped from our base in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
1. Shipping Zones & Rates
Within the United Arab Emirates: a flat shipping fee of AED 20 on all orders. If you choose cash on delivery, an additional AED 10 applies, bringing the delivery fee to AED 30.
GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia): a shipping fee of AED 85.
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment, and that amount is the one that applies.
2. Processing Time
Orders are reviewed and prepared during official UAE business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Within the UAE: 1–2 business days.
GCC countries: 3–5 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and run from the date the order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. They may be affected by the courier, customs clearance, address accuracy, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
We send an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once the order is handed to the courier. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct at checkout.
5. Address & Delivery Details
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no response to the courier, a re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
Product prices within the UAE include VAT where applicable. GCC shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive and the courier confirms it as lost, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. Our published Refund & Exchange Policy applies in these cases.
