تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامكم لموقع وخدمات JAMRAH AND OUD. باستخدام الموقع أو تقديم طلب، فإنكم توافقون على هذه الشروط.
1. خدماتنا
تقدم JAMRAH AND OUD خدمات البيع بالتجزئة عبر الإنترنت للعود والعطور والبخاخات والبخور ومنتجات الروائح والمنتجات ذات الصلة، وتشمل معالجة الطلبات والدفع والتوصيل ودعم العملاء.
2. الأهلية والحسابات
يجب أن تكونوا قادرين قانوناً على إبرام عقد ملزم. وأنتم مسؤولون عن دقة معلومات الطلب والحساب وعن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بكم.
3. المنتجات والمعلومات
نبذل جهداً معقولاً لعرض أوصاف المنتجات وصورها وأسعارها بدقة. قد تختلف الألوان أو العبوات بصورة طفيفة، وتخضع جميع المنتجات للتوفر.
4. الطلبات والأسعار والدفع
يُعد الطلب عرضاً للشراء، ولا يصبح مقبولاً إلا بعد تأكيده من جانبنا. يحق لنا إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب بسبب عدم التوفر أو خطأ في السعر أو الاشتباه في الاحتيال أو أي سبب مشروع آخر. يجب دفع جميع المبالغ والرسوم المبيّنة عند إتمام الطلب.
5. التوصيل
مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتأثر بشركة الشحن أو العنوان أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم عنوان وبيانات اتصال صحيحة واستلام الطلب.
6. الإرجاع والاسترداد
تخضع جميع طلبات الإرجاع والاستبدال والاسترداد لسياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال المنشورة على الموقع، والتي تشكل جزءاً من هذه الشروط.
7. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة تعطيله أو استخدامه لأغراض غير قانونية أو احتيالية أو انتهاك حقوق JAMRAH AND OUD أو حقوق الغير.
8. الملكية الفكرية

JAMRAH AND OUD provides online retail services for oud, perfumes, sprays, incense, fragrance products, and related items, including order processing, payment, delivery, and customer support.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Colors or packaging may vary slightly, and all products are subject to availability.

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we confirm it. We may cancel or reject an order due to unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason. All displayed charges due at checkout must be paid.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the courier, destination, or circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details and for receiving the order.
6. Returns & Refunds
All return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Exchange Policy published on this website, which forms part of these terms.
