سياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال

شكراً لتسوقكم لدى JAMRAH AND OUD. نسعى لضمان رضاكم عن كل عملية شراء.

1. الإرجاع والاستبدال

نظراً لطبيعة منتجاتنا، بما في ذلك العطور والعود والبخاخات ومنتجات الروائح، لا نقبل إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.

2. المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة

إذا وصل طلبكم تالفاً أو غير مطابق للطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من استلامه، مع إرسال صور واضحة ورقم الطلب. قد نطلب معلومات إضافية لتقييم المطالبة.

3. أهلية استرداد المبلغ

يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة فقط للمنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة، أو إذا لم يتم تسليم الطلب أو فُقد أثناء النقل بعد تأكيد شركة الشحن. تحتفظ JAMRAH AND OUD بحق رفض المطالبات التي لا تستوفي هذه الشروط.

4. عملية استرداد المبلغ

بعد الموافقة على المطالبة، تتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. وقد يستغرق ظهوره في حسابكم من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل، بحسب مزود خدمة الدفع أو البنك.

5. تكاليف الشحن

لا تُسترد تكاليف الشحن الأصلية إلا إذا كان المنتج تالفاً أو معيباً أو غير صحيح، أو إذا تعذر تسليم الطلب بسبب خطأ من جانبنا.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with JAMRAH AND OUD. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, including perfumes, oud, sprays, and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and provide clear photos and your order number. We may request additional information to assess the claim.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items, or when an order was never delivered or was lost in transit after confirmation from the courier. JAMRAH AND OUD reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these conditions.

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the order could not be delivered due to an error on our part.
